🔡 Text Tags
When customer sends a messages and you want to save it, you can do it by clicking on "Save" button at the end of message. You can also select the part of message and save it. While doing this, you will be asked for a "tag" to assign. Tags will group the messages curated by you and you can filter them when required in Dashboard.
We've created a set of default tags which are:
When you save message under these tags, it will be reflected into customer's profile. Just like shown below.
The best use cases of "Text Tags" are:
- Create an "Address" tag and assign it to the message which contains customer's address.
- Create a "Feedback" or "Complaint" tag and assign it to the messages sent by customers.
