💳 Payment Integrations

WhatsHash is offering below payment options,

  1. Stripe Integration
  2. RazorPay Integration
  3. PayLater Configuration

1. Stripe Integration

Stripe allows accepting credit and debit card payments in your WhatsHash store, and it's easy and fast to set up. You can create a new Stripe account by filling in a short form, connecting your existing Stripe account, and accepting online payments straight away. Also, setting up Stripe allows you to set up Apple Pay so customers can checkout with one tap in your store.

Stripe is available in over 30 countries including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, and many more.

Setting up Stripe

Before setting up Stripe, check the Restricted Businesses list to ensure that your business is not on this list, and you are allowed to use Stripe to process payments in your store.

To set up Stripe in your store:

  1. From your WhatsHash admin, go to the Store > Payment page.

  2. Click Configure for Stripe and Enable the Stripe option.

  3. In the new tab, log in on Stripe.com and go to Developers > API Keys > Create secret key. Give the Key Name and Copy the Publishable Key and Secret Key.

  4. Copy the Webhook from the WhatsHash and paste it under Endpoint URL in Developers > Webhook in Stripe. After that, click on "receive all events" and click on "Add endpoint".

Once finished, your Stripe account will be connected to your WhatsHash store. Customers will be able to pay with Stripe.

When a customer pays for an order using Stripe, the money goes to your Stripe account. You can see the Transaction ID in the order details in your WhatsHash admin. You can view more information on your Stripe account for any transaction with Stripe.

If Stripe isn't supported in your country, set up another payment option to accept card payments in your WhatsHash store.

2. RazorPay Integration

Razorpay is an Indian Payment Gateway that accepts and validates online payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and popular wallets including JioMoney, Mobikwik, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money, and PayZapp.

Setting up Razorpay

To set up Razorpay in your store,

  1. From your WhatsHash admin, go to the Store > Payment page.
  2. Click Configure for Razorpay and Enable the Razorpay option.
  3. In the new tab, log in on Razorpay.com and go to Settings > API Keys > Create live key. Copy the Key Id and Key Secret and paste it in Publishable Key and Secret key in WhatsHash.
  4. Copy the Webhook from the WhatsHash and paste it under Webhook URL in Settings > Webhook in Razorpay. Select Payments related events, as shown below in the screenshot from Active Events.

Once finished, your Razorpay account will be connected to your WhatsHash store. Customers will be able to pay with Razorpay.

When a customer pays for an order using Razorpay, the money goes to your Razorpay account. You can see the Transaction ID in the order details in your WhatsHash admin. You can view more information on your Razorpay account for any transaction with Razorpay.

If Razorpay isn't supported in your country, set up another payment option to accept card payments in your WhatsHash store.

3. PayLater Configuration

PayLater in WhatsHash:

Customers can choose to pay later and place an order without any payment required. The store owner can connect with them later for order payment.

If you don't found any payment options for your country, you can choose this option and start collecting orders in WhatsHash. All the orders will be marked as Unpaid by default.

You can collect the payment via any local online/offline options available and mark orders as Paid at any time.
